EMAV Ltd firmly believes in putting safety first, last and always in every area of operations.
From the first point of contact, and whether it is a ground-based or aerial job, we apply the strictest criteria to how we approach all aspects of our work for you. This starts with the planning of the job, are there any ground-based obstacles or considerations, does it involve working at height (if so, can this be mitigated using alternative methods), what are the lines of sight like, if drones are involved, can we operate completely safely with regard to aerial obstacles, pylons etc.
We will always choose to use the right tool for the right job, a drone may not always be the best tool, and if a drone is the right tool, the choice of which drone to use is also a consideration, just as there are different horses for different courses, there are different drones for different jobs (sorry, couldn’t think of anything to rhyme with drones there!) but don’t worry, we will advise you and consult with you throughout the planning process.
For aerial work, we use state-of-the-art planning tools such as Dronedesk, ensuring we remain compliant in all aspects of our operations. Other regulations and guidance that we take very seriously can be found on the Civil Aviation Authority website.
Our operators, for both ground-based and aerial work, are all suitably qualified, experienced, not to mention, insured – just in case!
