They arrived exactly when they said they would, and were able to complete their work despite a significant number of overhead lines / cables. The photos and 3D model were sent through the same day and we were really impressed with the quality. From these our roofer was able to diagnose our problems without the need for putting up scaffold which saved money on our roofing repairs.
